I turn up or call at the time you picked — same person every time, no ticket queue.

Mon–Thu: 9:00 – 5:00
Friday: 9:00 – 4:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 2:00
Sunday: Closed

These are the slots the calendar offers, not office hours — call any time and I will pick up if I can. Times show in your own timezone; the calendar opens about 60 days ahead.
