A self-hosted inventory and operations platform. Live stock and parts tracking, automated daily reports and shopping lists, and a data layer that maps field jobs, tracks lead pipes, forecasts freezes, and watches permits and demand. Built on InvenTree with Python services, behind single sign-on.

Branded Payment Portal
Secure checkout with card, Apple Pay, Cash App, and PayPal through Stripe. One-tap invoice links, tips, clear fees, and automated receipts. Running on this domain, taking real money.
Newsletter signup page
A branded signup page: seasonal reminders, member offers, and a double opt-in flow. This is a working copy. The production version runs on the shop's own site.
Aftercare reminder settings
A dispatch panel that decides when past customers get a maintenance reminder, per service, on the interval the shop sets. It feeds a ServiceTitan automation. The real one sits behind the client's single sign-on; this is a working copy with demo data, so poke at it.

Systems Directory
One front door to a whole stack of tools. A clean directory with custom icons and single sign-on, so people find what they need.
Daily Briefing Engine
An automated morning briefing. Sources pulled, ranked, and emailed on schedule every day, using grounded search.
The Plumbing
The part nobody sees, sized to the business. Bare-metal installs, virtualization, and Docker; a hardened reverse proxy with SSO and TLS; and a reliable mail pipeline. From a one-room shop to a multi-site operation.
Email Program
Aftercare reminders timed to each service and tied to ServiceTitan, so every booked job reports the revenue it came from. Plus newsletters and the operational mail pipeline, self-hosted: no per-contact fees, ever.
Terminal Install Program
One command takes a new Windows machine from box to field-ready in under an hour: standard apps, disk encryption, locked-down accounts, and a runbook anyone can follow. Every terminal identical.
Security & Monitoring
Intrusion detection reading every request at the edge, uptime monitors that email before the phone rings, single sign-on on every door, and phishing awareness campaigns for the crew.
Team File Server
Company files with a clean web interface, on hardware they own. Google sign-in, drag and drop from any browser, no Dropbox subscription and no per-seat fees.
Managed Company Devices
Phones, tablets, and laptops enrolled with settings pushed over the air, compliance enforced, and remote lock or wipe when a device goes missing from a truck. 28 devices under management, every one currently compliant.
